"What's the difference between a juice and smoothie?"
The difference between a smoothie and a juice is the fiber. When we make smoothies we blend fruit and vegetables together with almond milk or coconut water. Leaving all the fiber in the smoothie, you can drink one of our smoothies as a meal replacer! With juices we extract all the fiber pulp and skin from the fruits and vegetables leaving you with the juice. The juice we extract from the fruits and vegetables is loaded with nutrients. Its high nutrient low calorie drink. Also can be a meal replacer!
